Consultancy for EA Organisations

As a tech consultant, I have had the privilege of advising various EA organizations on their technology choices and projects. A big part of this work involved collaborating closely with these organizations to understand their workflows, mission, and goals, so that we could come up with projects that were tailored to their specific needs. Once we had a clear understanding of what was required, we would then scope out the project, identify any potential challenges, and work together to come up with a plan that would help them achieve their goals. Some examples of organizations I have worked with include HealthyFutures, Animal Policy International, Malengo, among others.
